Job's Daughters is an organization for girls between the ages of 10 and 20, who are related to a Master Mason.

Our ritual was written by our founder Mrs. Ethel T. Wead Mick. Her mother, Elizabeth Hutchinson Wead, was the main influence on Mother Mick's teachings and her inspiration for creating our Order. In 1914 Job's Daughters was dedicated in the memory of Mrs. Wead.

Our teachings are based on the Book of Job, with special reference to Job 42:15 "In all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job and their father gave them inheretance among their brethren".

We have a special charity, The HIKE Fund Inc. which stands for The Hearing Impared Kids Endownment Fund Inc. We raise money to assist in purchasing hearing devices for children with hearing dissabilities.

Job's Daughters can be found in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Austrialia, and the Phillipenes.
